      <![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/02/09/low.pants.ap/index.html">A bill making it illegal to wear your jeans low has been approved in the House of Delagates in Viriginia.</a> Now, I think wearing your jeans below your ass is completely ridiculous. Also, assuming it's true that the practice started in prison to make gay, man-on-man prison sex easy, I can't imagine why any straight guy would think "it's cool". But, I certainly don't think a state-mandated dress code is the way to go. It's funny how we go to war with totalitarian countries, while we make totalitarian laws at home. The bill goes against the Viriginia Senate sometime soon.</p>]]>
